holo|one is proud to have been selected by RLab, in collaboration with Super Ventures, for its very first Accelerator cohort! holo|one could distinguish itself along with 5 other Mixed Reality startups out of over 100 startups across 16 countries.
Over a period of three months, holo|one will participate in networking events and establish contacts with investors, industry partners and researchers across RLab’s network in New York. holo|one was chosen because RLab is convinced they have the potential to transform the way we think about mixed reality and spatial computing.
holo|one is excited to embrace this opportunity and further establish their mixed reality platform sphere in the US market by making valuable connections to investors, customers and industry peers alike.
A partnership between New York City and its universities, RLab is the nation’s first city-funded center for research, education and entrepreneurship in virtual and augmented reality and related technologies. The New York City Economic Development Corporation and the Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment selected NYU Tandon School of Engineering as the administering institution and a consortium of participating universities, including Columbia University, CUNY, and The New School to manage and operate the RLab space. The new multi-university center is critical to the City’s plans to establish New York City as the next global leader in immersive technologies and will create hundreds of new jobs in the field.
